Refund / Exchange Policy

Returns as Per the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H)

At Urban Leathers, we adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of our business, including our return and refund policies. We strive to ensure all content on our website and social media platforms is accurate and up-to-date, but we encourage our customers to review the details carefully.

30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Please note the following:

  • No Returns or Refunds on Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded
Pakistan Return Process

For customers in Pakistan, the following deductions apply when returning products:

  • Smaller Products: A deduction of Dollar 2$ will be made for delivery charges. This will be refunded if the returned product is not defective.
  • Larger Products: A deduction of Dollar 4$ will be made for delivery charges. This will be refunded if the returned product is not defective.

In cases where the returned item is not in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any reduction in value. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification will be sent via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

Exchange Process

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for another variant of the same product or a different product, Urban Leathers will gladly accommodate the exchange. Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for the delivery charges associated with both returning the original product and sending the new item.
How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@urbanleathers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@urbanleathers.com.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware of the following exceptions:

  • Sale Items: These cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

For the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.
